Edgewater Inn Deposits and Policies Regarding Your Stay

General Information

All condos rented at The Edgewater Inn come with daily housekeeping. In addition, linens and towels come standard with each rental. However, please bring your own beach towel to use on the beach and in the pool. Furthermore, all of the rental units have flat screen TVs with Dish Network HD programming, and they all have free Wi-Fi.

Payment

Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival, or on date of booking. If booking more than 60 days prior to your arrival, a 50% deposit will be required. The remaining 50% will automatically processed on the 60th day prior to your arrival with the credit card on file.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival assessed a 20% handling fee. No cancellations or changes allowed within 60 days of arrival. Weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health difficulties, or transportation delays do not qualify for partial or pro-rated refunds. No cancellations on important holidays (Christmas, New Years, Presidents Week). We strongly advise getting travel insurance. Please call CSA Insurance at 1-866-999-4018 if you have any queries about coverage.

Advance Deposits

In order to make a reservation, you’ll need to put down a 50% deposit now. However, reservations are only confirmed when they come with the required deposit.

Pets

Although we love pets just as much as you do, we ask that you leave them at home, out of consideration for property owners and other guests.
