Rental was easy. Staff stayed in contact and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. This particular unit could use an update, specifically the bathroom tub/shower. Everything was in working order, very clean. Would rent again.

Beautiful Boyne City on the Eastern Shore of Lake Charlevoix

Have stayed in various units at Water Street Inn before and all have been excellent! Beautiful view looking west over Lake Charlevoix from the eastern shore. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Nice - even in the winter!

Very nice clean condo with a fireplace and balcony overlooking lake Charlevoix. Not very big but is quite cozy. Bathroom has jetted tub. Very nice place to stay for a ski-cation. Easy to walk into downtown Boyne City as well.

Great getaway destination!

The team did a great job at making us feel welcome. The location is PERFECT. Right on the water, easy walking distance to the downtown area. Great resturants and bars near by. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely little condo overlooking The lake. Clean and a perfect location to downtown. Easy walk to Avalanche Mt.
