Suite 214 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of beautiful Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Quick ski trip

We had a nice quick trip to Boyne City for some skiing at Boyne mountain and highlands. The cute condo was mostly updated and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The downtown is very walkable which we took advantage of for dinner 2 evenings at Cafe Sante, so delicious! Always have to mention when the place has a comfy bed, which it did, and shades that block light which is always so helpful to sleep well on vacation. Thank you!

Favorite spot for a summer getaway

We always stay at Water Street Inn for our summer and fall trips to Boyne and this might’ve been our favorite room yet. Beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Water Street Inn Unit 214

This unit provides a wonderful view of Lake Charlevoix and is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and recreation in Boyne City. Extremely clean, well appointed, and well stocked kitchen. Laundry facilities and ice maker area well maintained. Quiet location; seldom heard the neighbors even when sitting on the balcony. Staff were available by phone and in person. Would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this condo. This is our third winter experience. Next time order some snow, but enjoyed hiking and exploring the neighboring towns.

Very rewarding and comfortable

214 stay July 11-16 2921

We luv luv the Water Street Inn. The staff is amazing. Very friendly! Keith the property manager is just the best. This was our third years back and his second year I think. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained as the building itself. The rooms are very very clean . Last two years we were in 213 , which was not available when we booked i. ( but have a hold for next year)214 was ok.. It just does not have some of the furnishings that we were spoiled by in 213. Like the nice coat rack /bench when you walk in and the desk. ( just our preference) But was a beautiful unit. The bathroom thou is to small and needs some updates. But on that note there was a handicap tub which maybe the owners need.. But we still enjoyed our stay and already looking forward to next year.

A great time in Boyne

This was a repeat visit. Close proximity to many restaurants retail shops etc. we love staying here and look forward to a return visit. The unit had been totally updated which made the stay that much more comfortable. The only minor downside was the patio furniture. Poor condition . Did not stop us from enjoying the lake but need to update. Such a beautiful job was fine inside the unit. All in all a great trip

Very nice stay. The unit was clean and attractive. Just a couple of small problems. The used bedding was still on the hide-a-bed. We understand, it was out of sight and out of mind. No dish towels. No big deal. We have already recommended Water Street Inn to others. We will return. Shopped around town and went to Petoskey and Charlevoix. Jim played golf at Dunmaglas.

Boyne City Vacation

Lovely, comfortable condo with a terrific waterfront view from our private balcony.Centrally located within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, parks and shops. Just a short drive to sites we wanted to visit in Charlevoix, Petoskey and Horton Bay. We would definitely return!

The room that we had was very clean. It felt so homey and we really loved our stay here. We stayed during the winter and we cant wait to come back and stay again in the summer. There were so many cute shops. We ran into issues on my end with our credit card, the office dealt with it very professionally and were very understanding.

very relaxing

love the property, the staff, the view and the location. the room was recently painted but it still had a funny smell to it and some of the outlets did not work. I did not spend much time in the room, thankfully.

First of Many Trips to Boyne City

We were invited to join friends who had rented a huge cabin above Young State Park. With the condo being right on the beach we got the best of both worlds. Waves crashing, lake breeze, toes in the sand at condo and the overlooking view at the cabin. The condo decor was dated but super clean. It was just purchased so we are super excited to see what the new owners do with it! We'll be back!

Wonderful vacation

We loved our time in Water Street Inn. This was our first visit there and it is not going to be last. We already made reservation for our next trip. Location was perfect, room was little out dated but very clean with a beautiful view. We loved staying in watch the sunset at the balcony. We recommend this place to everyone whole heartedly. Nicole was so professional at the same time so friendly and helpful with every question we had.

Great view

The lake was hypnotic just the changes in the wind. The rooms were antiquated in design but the lay out was great. Boyne City was very close with a wide variety of things to do. Dined in Walloon close enough to drive, six miles, great little town glad I was in Boyne. Won't be disappointed.

Good stay

We have stayed at the Water Street Inn many times over the past 8 years. The condo has always been a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change is the fact that they insist on using white towels and have a posted notice that guests will be charged for damage to the towels.Even though special tan washcloths are left for removing makeup and a couple of extra-large paper towels for cleaning spill, it is annoying to have these messages regarding damage to the towels. It seems like it would be so much simpler and more hospitable to have dark towels and leave the "you will be charged" notices out. If I were to stay there again,I will bring my own towels.
