Suite 314 is a totally renovated and tastefully decorated third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size oven, under-cabinet refrigerator, and beverage refrigerator. This unit has a brand new built-in seating area around the dining table. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas log fireplace, and a 55" flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a Euro shower and two separate vanities. The upstairs also offers yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

Nice Condo with a View

This was a nice condo, but the AC is only upstairs so we were lucky that the weather was nice during our stay. It would be nice to have more than two towels for a week's long stay as well. The sofa is a bit tired, but hopefully they will update it soon. The front desk staff were always great to deal with.

Water Street Inn is Our Yearly Destination

As always, our condo was well prepared for us. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is perfect. Sitting on our balcony for sunsets never disappoints us. Walking and biking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store in town, and to Avalanche Mountain to hike or bike. Our favorite places for good food are Cafe Sante, Gilda’s authentic French Bakery, and Boyne River Inn, but there are many more to choose from as well. Kayaking down the Boyne River with Boyne River Adventures was awesome. Can’t wait to return to Boyne City and the Water street Inn on the shore of beautiful Lake Charlevvoix!

Relaxing getaway to the North

Great condo, very firm mattress

The condo is nicely appointed and updated. I love the location of Water Street Inn as one can walk to the shops and restaurants in town, or go for a walk easily in the neighborhoods. The mattress however is very firm, so please keep that in mind if you like something more gentle on the bones.

What a view!

We had a terrific time staying in 314. The view was beautiful and relaxing on the deck was my favorite part. You have a great view of sunset. Having a kitchen is great. We even cooked in one night. It’s a short walk down the beach to a was fun to go see the boats. The staff was helpful and friendly.I would definitely recommend staying here.

314 is beautifully decorated with a fresh modern appearance and comfortable furniture. They have designed the layout to maximize space and create an open feel. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is comfortable and two sinks in the bathroom was appreciated. The cool drawer refrigerator/freezer works well for a weekend stay for two people, but might be challenging for a longer stay

A great vacation!

Our unit was clean and ready for our visit. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Any supplies needed are quickly brought to your unit.Our only concern is with the chairs on the deck they are not very comfortable. The owner needs to provide more comfortable deck furniture.

Always a Lovely Experience

Considering our family has stayed in this unit twice now along with others at this property its probably our favorite. The unit was updated since our first visit and everything was just as we remembered. The view of the lake is always wonderful and seeing a Bald Eagle this time was a cherry on top of the trip.

A girl’s weekend

We had a great time. The room was stuck in the 1980s but still in really good shape and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. The entire facility is non smoking so if you smoke you will have to go out to the street which is fine. As long as you know in advance. It would be nice to provide an area for smokers

Fall getaway

Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still enjoyed our time away. Very nice condo. Close to Petoskey, Charlevoix, etc. so got to do some exploring. It was too cold to eat outside at restaurants but there is a good one right across the street so we just got carry out and ate at the condo.

Enjoyable Vacation

Our unit was in great shape when we arrived. Any concerns we had were handled promptly and efficiently. The manager was very helpful. I would recommend the property to anyone heading north. The only problem we had was finding restaurants that were open for lunch—their hours had been changed due to Covid-19 concerns.

Our mid summer getaway

We absolutely loved our time here! Unit was very clean, comfortable, with a very professional staff. The view is fabulous-we really enjoyed the patio, beach and the sunsets! We also found Boyne City to be the perfect location for us-great mix of restaurants/shops to walk to and the water rentals being close by too. It was a short drive to the other towns/winery’s we like to visit as well.

Sunset Heaven

Great 3 day stay ! Unit was perfect(except for a couple of minor issues) Amazing location, able to walk to everything in town, right on the beach..could not ask for more ! Couch had a couple of ugly stains that should've been cleaned, bedroom ceiling fan did not work were our only issues.

Clean and great view

The condo and property was clean. Staff was friendly. It had everything you could need. We really enjoyed the fact that the bedroom is upstairs and the kids stayed downstairs in the living room. It was spacious.

Walking distance to everything

Top floor condo with a spectacular view of the marina and lake. Just about everything is just a fivemor ten minute walk; shopping, dining, cocktails. A grocery store is about a mile down the road. This is a two level condo. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Both kitchen and bathroom have been updated. The furniture is comfortable with a huge couch for relaxing. The property has laundry facilities and keyless entry for after hours entrance. The condo also has keyless entry, so make sure you putnthe code in your phone. We really enjoy this condo and have stayed in this particular unit on a few occasions. We highly recommend this unit as it has been updated.

Fabulous Northern Michigan Getaway

I absolutely loved my stay at Water Street in for 9 nights, in condo 314. I grew up in the area and it was wonderful to be so close to family and friends, while also having my own place to unwind, relax and enjoy. The sunsets were simply amazing and the condo was cute, clean and very quiet. Location is remarkable and had everything I needed for my extended vacation. I will be staying again and looking to book next summer/early fall. The staff was friendly, helpful and so accommodating. Loved every minute of my vacation.

Great place to vacation

314 water street inn May 3-4 2019

My daughter's wedding was at the family cottage on Lake Charlevoix and I decided to stay in town. this property is exactly what I was looking for. Three groups stayed at this location. I am originally from the Boyne area and I selected this property based on convenience and appeal. My partner and guests were very impressed with the condo. Would consider using again in the future.

This was a fantastic location and a wonderful rental property!! The unit was exactly what we expected and then some! They thought of everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. The unit is done in super high quality furnishings, and everything was just fabulous!! Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again!!

A great stay in Boyne City at the Water Street Inn.

We love coming to Boyne City. It is an absolutely beautiful spot to visit. We have stayed at the Water Street Inn the last two years and really enjoyed the experience. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is very efficient and helpful. The unit we stayed in was just as described. We really enjoyed the comfort and decor of of the unit. We hope to come back next year to stay at the Inn.

Water Street Inn for daughters wedding weekend!

The management, Nicole, and staff, Theresa went out of their way to ensure the guests needs were meet and exceeded their expectations. Immaculate Waterfront Unit

We were very please with our stay at 314 Water Street Inn. All units have sweeping views overlooking Lake Charlevoix, which is just feet away. The unit was extremely clean, well equipped, bed comfortable, etc. We did manage to log ourselves out of the digital entry pad after hours, which was a temporary inconvenience. We appreciated the availability of guest laundry facilities. We would stay here again.

Water Street Inn Unit 314

The unit was far better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. Very modern with everything required for our stay. Location could not be better, walking distance to the restaurants and a short drive to the ski hill. The management were also extremely accommodating when we requested to move our reservation up a day to avoid the extremely cold weather. No need for us to look for options for our next visit. We will be back!!

Cozy condo

Had a great time on our color tour, despite the persistent rain. Cozy place to warm up and dry off! So many great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Loved it!

Water Street Inn is a very nice property. The location is great for exploring the other towns around Lake Charlevoix & also an easy drive over to Traverse City.Our unit had been recently redecorated & it was lovely. Since I had requested a unit on the third floor the bedroom & bathroom were upstairs. Makes the downstairs feel larger & more open. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed lovely sunsets from our balcony.The housekeeping people we encountered were friendly & accommodating, especially give the fact that we are not early risers.

The best hotel

Greatest hotel that I've ever stayed at. Wonderful price, clean, modern, private, fantastic view, and comfortable. Basically, everything that you would want in a hotel. Booking another trip for six months from now.

Two days of girl time...eating, drinking... livin on the lake !
