Suite 314 is a totally renovated and tastefully decorated third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size oven, under-cabinet refrigerator, and beverage refrigerator. This unit has a brand new built-in seating area around the dining table. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas log fireplace, and a 55" flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a Euro shower and two separate vanities. The upstairs also offers yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

Nice Condo with a View

This was a nice condo, but the AC is only upstairs so we were lucky that the weather was nice during our stay. It would be nice to have more than two towels for a week's long stay as well. The sofa is a bit tired, but hopefully they will update it soon. The front desk staff were always great to deal with.

Water Street Inn is Our Yearly Destination

As always, our condo was well prepared for us. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is perfect. Sitting on our balcony for sunsets never disappoints us. Walking and biking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store in town, and to Avalanche Mountain to hike or bike. Our favorite places for good food are Cafe Sante, Gilda’s authentic French Bakery, and Boyne River Inn, but there are many more to choose from as well. Kayaking down the Boyne River with Boyne River Adventures was awesome. Can’t wait to return to Boyne City and the Water street Inn on the shore of beautiful Lake Charlevvoix!

Relaxing getaway to the North

Property is in an excellent location to take advantage of all Lake Charlevoix has to offer. Loved the two story style and the views were beautiful from the main floor and the bedroom. Enjoyed walking into town for a meal or around back to the beach.

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time we have used the Water Street Inn. This rental was beautiful......well kept......and left us with a wonderful experience. Awesome location on Lake Charlevoix.
