Welcome to our Beach Condo!

Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #325. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.

Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, standup shower, private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Ideal Location with Beach & Lake View

This unit is in a wonderful location and has a great view of the beach and water. It was extremely convenient for our kids to be able to head to the beach while we could watch them from our patio. The pool and hot tub are also a nice amenity and our kids jumped back and forth between the lake and the pool. The location is a short drive from the downtown area. We loved being able to rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis right from the property on a whim. The only things missing compared to other stays we've had through other owners at this location were beach towels and laundry detergent (there was a bottle but it was empty). The carpet in the master bedroom and the pull out couch could also stand to be replaced and cleaned a bit better, but we were very happy with the updated bathroom and very nice tile shower. We found the kitchen well stocked for all of our needs. The host was responsive and it was easy to access the rental unit. We would definitely return. You won't be disappointed in this rental!

Very clean and quiet place. We enjoyed every part of it. The view is breathtaking. Great location for exploring all parts of TC. Downtown, the casino, dining, fishtown, old mission. You name it. Comfortable place and would recommend.

Beach Condo 325, Traverse City, MI

The condo was clean upon arrival. The view was great. We were quickly disappointed when we saw no jetted tub. I specifically asked at the time of booking whether or not there was one and told the unit had one. It was a big feature that we wanted for the colder weather visit. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were about falling off the hinges so we tightened them up. There was plenty of kitchen items for use for cooking. They could have had cleaning wipes or cleaner available. The elevator was a bit sketchy when going down. Overall the location was good and everything was pretty close.

Great stay!!

Enjoyed the 3 rd floor condo -elevator. Right in the water. Beach on the Bay. Nice pool. Really nice furnishings. Everything that you need in the kitchen. Staff was great. Loved the traverse city area. Lots of golfing and biking. Many vineyards and breweries. Plus great restaurants

The Beach Condominiums have always been one of our families favorite vacations spots. Beautiful, clean beach, pool. This unit was very nice on 3rd floor and. Nicely decorated. All the home feel items you need, including washer & dryer. Great staff!

We have been staying at The Beach for several years and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect for our needs and we always feel welcome there. We usually stay for 7 nights in the summer, and that makes it quite pricey, but, for now, it is worth it.
