Welcome to our Beach Condo!

Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #328. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.



Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.



The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely. Beautiful Condo

Nice,clean and spacious condo. Awesome views of the lake.Easy access to beach, beach chairs provided. Pontoon boat and jet ski rentals on site. Near many interesting sites to visit.Only negative were the chair cushions on balcony that were saturated from rain and dew, would recommend replacing them with new chairs that could be wiped off. Questions were quickly anwered. Highly recommend this condo.

Pleasant Surprise

Even with the online photos provided for booking, we were uncertain of what to expect. When we opened the condo door and entered we were pleasantly surprised. The breathtaking East Bay beachfront view from the balcony, living room, and kitchen was beautiful. The condo layout, decor, and furnishings were very nice. It was very clean and well appointed. Bedroom and ensuite were large and comfortable. The condo size was cozy and inviting for a couple to get away for a few days, or longer. The weather during our stay was windy, cloudy, rainy, and cold, but the charm of this condo made it easy to stay inside to read, snuggle, and stay warm. We were planning to rent this condo again and again in the future. However, being seniors, we were disappointed to see rates for 2023 had increased significantly.

Everything was exactly as the pictures show...we went at the end of may so still kind of chilly but hot tub was empty and pool was filthy, but the room itself was beautiful and clean. Helpful staff as well!

Beach condominium

Beautiful location and tastefully decorated. A few minor changes would have made it perfect. A couple pots/pans, new sheets and staple items like sugar and salt. Overall a nice place.

Another wonderful stay

My husband and I traveled to Traverse City for a 3 day, 2 night get away. We have rented using Northern Michigan Escapes before and have always had a really good experience at The Beach Condos. This time was no exception. Bring everything you need if you plan on cooking - salt and pepper are the only food type item. Coffee was limited, so was creamer and no one is on the premises. There's plenty of shopping near by so you can buy what you might forget. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need as far as pots and pans, dishes, glasses, serving utensils. We had a problem with the whirlpool tub but eventually got it started by fiddling with the fuse box! Also, be aware that the TV remote control in the bedroom also shuts off the fan that's in the bedroom (the volume up button).We had the fan on and decided to turn up the volume up on the TV (using the TV remote, of course). When we did, the fan turned off! We figured it out! (There is a separate remote for the fan) Otherwise, the condo is comfortable and well appointed.

Highly recommend

We have stayed at four different condos in this building and this one is our favorite. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, good communication from management with arrival information/door code. Full lake view and close to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Beaches condo property but different unit, both times have been great. Conveniently located, clean, the unit had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. I took away 1 star for the mattress, a 3 inch memory foam topper is not the answer for a new mattress. Overall good choice!

Wine vacation

Great location, great view. The furniture was comfortable. The downside was we had to kill spiders on the inside of the doorwall when we got there. When they clean the floors they must not move the rugs, found food crumbs under the rugs in the hallway. Lights in the hallways outside the rooms need to be cleaned, biggest spider webs and spiders I ever saw.

50th Anniversary

Inside was very well appointed, up to date and clean. Deck was very dirty. Had to wash bird dropping from widows, remove cobwebs and wash furniture. All exterior wood features need repainting.

Clean and Great View

The condo was great. It was decorated well and super clean. Perfect views of the beach. The balcony provided a great place to have our morning tea and a glass a wine at night. I wish the pool was functioning but other than that, we had an amazing time.

Great location with an amazing view

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view was breathtaking. We were wishing for warmer temperatures so we could lounge on the beach, but maybe next time! The location was extremely convenient to everything we wanted to do. There was a light at the corner to turn in which made it so simple. The room was very clean and quiet. Although we could hear traffic, that is the swap off with such a convenient location and did not bother us at all. We will be staying here again.

Nice Getaway

I loved this condo! It was a first pandemic trip and I would be lying if I said we weren't worried about cleanliness. The room was sparkling clean! The view is amazing! It is very spacious. The location couldn't be anymore convenient, and close to all the things! The only downfall was the bed. I would wake about every two hours to roll over because my hip would hurt. You can feel the springs. I am surprised that no one has complained about that before. I would have definitely given 5 stars for all categories, but the bed was very uncomfortable.

My wife and I have been staying at The Beach Condo's for over 40 years. We've always enjoyed our stays at the Beach Condos !! Although it's under new management the place is still wonderful !! I do wish they still offered some of the same packages as the previous owners did , other then our stay in December and our stay in January were great !!

Had a Great stay!

The stay was great, we enjoyed the room and everything was great except one thing when we normally rent a room at the Beach Condos the washer and dryer are available to use. This room had the door locked to the washer and dryer. Other than that it was great!

Wish I Would Have Stayed Longer!

Very good experience from the office staff (Autumn) who was very friendly and the cleanliness of the condo. The view from the 3rd floor onto the Bay is excellent! Only negative is they were working on the pool and the noise and dust from the work was not appealing. I have stayed here several times and always a good experience. Recommend!!
