All condos rented at The Edgewater Inn come with daily housekeeping. In addition, linens and towels are standard for each rental. However, please bring your beach towel to use on the beach and in the pool. Furthermore, all of the rental units have flat-screen TVs with Dish Network HD programming, and they all have free Wi-Fi.
Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival or on the date of booking. If booking more than 60 days prior to your arrival, a 50% deposit will be required. The remaining 50% will automatically be processed with the credit card on file on the 60th day prior to your arrival.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival are assessed a 20% handling fee. No cancellations or changes are allowed within 60 days of arrival. Weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health difficulties, or transportation delays do not qualify for partial or pro-rated refunds. No cancellations are allowed on essential holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, President’s Week). We strongly advise getting travel insurance. To make a reservation, you’ll need to put down a 50% deposit now. However, reservations are only confirmed when they come with the required deposit.
Although we love pets just as much as you do, we ask that you leave them at home out of consideration for property owners and other guests.
