Policies Regarding Your Stay

General Information

All condominiums rented at The Edgewater Inn include daily housekeeping services. Linens and towels will be provided as needed. Please bring your own beach towels for beach and pool activities. All rental units have flatscreen TVs with Dish Network HD programming.

Check In / Check Out Times

All guest arrivals and departures are handled at the management office reception desk. Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 pm.

Check-out time is before 11 am.


You are required to pay your account balance in full 2 weeks prior to your arrival at The Edgewater Inn. Guest accounts may be paid with all major credit cards, travelers checks or cash. No personal checks will be accepted for final payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day: 
Notice of cancellation is required 30 days prior to a reservation in order to guarantee a refund of the deposit minus a mandatory 7% cancellation fee. With less than 30 days’ notice, the room will need to be re-booked in order for you to get your deposit returned.

The rest of the year: 
7 days notice is required and the same rules apply.

Advance Deposits

An advance deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation. Reservations are confirmed only when accompanied by the required advance deposit.


As a consideration to property owners and other guests, pets are not permitted.

AAA or AARP Discounts

Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day a three-day minimum stay is required in order to take advantage of the discount.
