Edgewater Inn Deposits and Policies Regarding Your Stay

General Information

All condos rented at The Edgewater Inn come with daily housekeeping. In addition, linens and towels come standard with each rental. However, please bring your own beach towel to use on the beach and in the pool. Furthermore, all of the rental units have flatscreen TVs with Dish Network HD programming, and they all have free Wi-Fi.

Check-In / Check-Out Times

The management office reception desk. handles all guest arrivals and departures. And, guaranteed check-in is 4:00 pm.

Check-out time is before 11 am.

Payment

You must pay your account balance in full two weeks before you arrive at The Edgewater Inn. Moreover, a guest can settle their account with all major credit cards, traveler’s checks, or money. In addition, a traveler can’t use a personal check for the last payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day: 
Notice of cancellation must be 30 days before a reservation in order to get back the deposit minus a mandatory 7 percent cancellation fee. However, without giving more than 30 days’ notice, the room will have to be re-rented to get your deposit back.

The rest of the year: 
7 days notice requirement and the same rules apply.

Advance Deposits

In order to make a reservation, you’ll need to put down a 50% deposit now. However, reservations are only confirmed when they come with the required deposit.

Pets

As a consideration to property owners and other guests, we have a no pet policy.

AARP Discounts

October through May, a three-day minimum requirement’s in order to take advantage of the discount.
