Welcome to the Edgewater Inn in Downtown Charlevoix!

Enjoy this remodeled 1bedroom, 1bathroom, featuring a king bed, full bathroom, and an a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The open concept living space with laminate flooring, entails a full kitchen including a fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, and a dishwasher. The living room has seating for up to 6 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

June Getaway

Spent four days at the Edgewater and shopping around Petoskey and Charlevoix had a great time visiting our favorite restaurants and shops.

Lovely view

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Petoskey. My family really enjoyed this little gem. It was clean, had great view of the water and conveniently close to everything. We loved the pool that was inside and outside!! Just great. Only drawback was fire alarms going off at 1 in the morning.

Vacation Getaway

My husband and I had a great experience at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The door wall screen was not working making it impossible for us to shut off air conditioning and getting fresh air. We would stay here again.

Great little get-away!

Beautiful little condo nestled in the heart of Charlevoix. Great Lake view! Sit on the porch and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Listen to the birds. Smell the woodsmoke from nearby. We deliberately went “off-season” to enjoy the quiet. Second year in a row! You’ll love it!!
