The spacious living room offers seating for up to six guests, creating a cozy space to unwind. Step outside onto the walkout patio and take in the peaceful sights of boats passing through Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is ideally located on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, offering prime views of the drawbridge. Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, giving every stay a distinct feel. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a welcoming staff, guests can enjoy a comfortable home-away-from-home experience in the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a convenient guest laundry facility, and a pool with an indoor section open year-round. The outdoor pool is available seasonally from May through October.

June Getaway

Spent four days at the Edgewater and shopping around Petoskey and Charlevoix had a great time visiting our favorite restaurants and shops.

Lovely view

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Petoskey. My family really enjoyed this little gem. It was clean, had great view of the water and conveniently close to everything. We loved the pool that was inside and outside!! Just great. Only drawback was fire alarms going off at 1 in the morning.

Vacation Getaway

My husband and I had a great experience at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The door wall screen was not working making it impossible for us to shut off air conditioning and getting fresh air. We would stay here again.

Beautiful little condo nestled in the heart of Charlevoix. Great Lake view! Sit on the porch and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Listen to the birds. Smell the woodsmoke from nearby. We deliberately went “off-season” to enjoy the quiet. Second year in a row! You’ll love it!!
