**We are resuming construction on October 14th! The minor items left should not affect guest stays during that time. However, the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room will also be closed so we can re-tile, paint and take care of some minor repairs. We are hoping to resume use by November 30, 2024. Enjoy this preferred Harbor side, Edgewater Inn walkout condo. This condo is the only 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a King bed, 2 person whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, and kitchen island, in Edgewater. This unit also offers a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Open concept living space features a kitchenette with a 4 burner stovetop, microwave, and mini fridge. Seating for 5 is available utilizing the kitchen table and island seating.

Living room area accommodates seating for 4 guests, with a gas fireplace to warm and create ambiance. Sectional sofa converts to an extra bed for added guests. In addition, enjoy the walkout deck with seating to watch as boats sail in and out of Round Lake or walk right out to the Edgewater boat slips and perhaps a stroll to town, or beach, and all the amenities and activities Charlevoix has to offer.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying here.The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the boats coming and going. It was fun to see the boats come in as a storm came in, and was enjoyable to set there during storm too. Only short walk to all the shops and restaurants and also to a beach. The only issue was the bedroom does not get dark at night, because there is a light right outside the bedroom window. Still was a great place to stay.

Wonderful start to summer

Beautiful condo on the harbor. Very comfortable and staff was wonderful.Enjoyed watching boats come and go. Had breakfast on porch every morning. Short walk to downtown area. Charlevoix beautiful small town with very friendly people. Shopping and site seeing to your hearts content.Don’t miss the Castle Farm and the Mushroom House Tour.

Waterside haven

We loved unit 109 for its position overlooking Round Lake and spent lots of time on the deck watching the boats, the bridge and the water. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. One thing we did not like was having to step over the very high side of the tub to get in and out of the shower. It felt like an accident waiting to happen. Thankfully, it did not.

very nice condo

Clean, VERY comfortable couch-sleeper in living room. Has mini frig and glass cooktop. Small microwave. Great location on first floor with walk-out patio. Quiet. GREAT view of Round Harbor. Suggestion to owner: supply a broom anddust pan.

Ideal location for a vaycay

It was the perfect getaway. The unit is nicely decorated, very clean and provided great views. The staff was very friendly. The only negative is the window treatments. They didn’t provide much privacy or filter out the light. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.

Nice get away to Charlevoix

This rental was super clean. The location is great! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. Even a small beach. We enjoyed the sauna and the indoor pool and hot tub. It was too early for the outdoor pool but there is one available in the summer months. We would definitely come back!

Birthday Get Away

We had an awesome time. The view outside of the sliding door is amazing even in March. The location is perfect for visiting Boyne City, Petoskey and Mackinac City. The condo is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. I just wish the rates for the summer weren't so expensive. The only suggestion I would have is to have a large fry pan and a broom and dustpan. I felt bad that I could not sweep the tile. Overall, a beautiful condo and awesome location.

Walking distance to everything in Downtown Charlevoix, this tidy condo is situated at the mouth of Round Lake Channel which leads to Lake Michigan. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I were in Charlevoix for the Boyne Thunder. We had the perfect spot to watch all of the boat traffic as well as enjoy the morning calmness. We definitely plan to come back again next year!

Everything we hoped for and more!

We loved everything about the condo we rented. The view is AMAZING! You can just sit and watch all kinds of beautiful boats coming and going from Lake Michigan on one side and Lake Charlevoix on the other. The location is great! It is right next to the drawbridge, and easily within walking distance to town and many shops and restaurants. There was a nice little patio right outside. - We highly reccomend this condo.

Beautiful and upgraded.

Happy with the room. Best kitchen I have seen at the Edgewater Inn. The only issue was there was never anyone at the front desk. Ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find anyone to help. Had to go out and buy some. There should always be someone at the front desk. Not just for items you may need but also for security reasons. Cutting staff to the bone. Don't like the direction this is going.

I apologize that we missed you at the front desk during your stay, we have someone staffed their daily from 9am-6pm, due to staffing issues we are just not able to have someone there at all times, there is always a phone number listed if you need anything so you can get ahold of someone, this is also why we have a coded entry on the door now for guests so that after hours not just anyone can get in. Again I am so sorry that we did not see you during your stay, and I am so sorry you had to purchase your own toilet paper obviously that is not something that we want our guests to have to do. Great place!

Perfect size for my husband and I. Great view even in the winter. Perfect location. Was able to walk to all restaurants and shopping. Very smooth rental experience. Would rent this unit again.
