August getaway

Very nice condo with great view of the drawbridge. It was quite small but for two people it was perfect. The kitchen was minimally furnished so don't plan on really cooking. Staff was efficient. I would stay here again.

Amazing location!

This condo places you in the heart of Charlevoix! Watch the drawbridge raise and lower from your deck. Sip your morning coffee and evening wine while watching boats cruise past. Walk a block to downtown for shopping, dining and live music. The location is PERFECT! Condo itself is clean, well-designed layout with a bright living area and dark bedroom for sleeping in. The pool and spa overlooking Round Lake are idea for relaxing and taking in the view. We definitely will rebook in the future!

Amazing Weekend Getaway

The condo location was fantastic! Sitting on the balcony, watching the boats pass by and the sunrise each morning, was absolutely amazing. It was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, adding to the comfort of our stay. Plus, it’s within walking distance to everything downtown, making the experience both relaxing and stress-free.

Bringing back years of memories in Charlevoix mi

Weve been coming toCharleviox for 50 years, first stayed at Young’s State Park in our Airstream trailer, next years stayed at the marina in our boat, spent many days out on the lake fishing, loved standing out by the lighthouse, and watching the freighters coming into round lake, We could almost reach out and touch them, next in our motorhome staying in the areas great rv resorts, I chose Edgewater because we could sit on the balcony and watch the boats going in and out bringing back years of memories. Great place to stay!

I'm not sure where to start. This was our anniversary weekend and they helped make it special for us. I asked if they could put rose petals in the bedroom as a surprise for my wife and they delivered. Rose petals and candlelight greeted us as we entered the unit and my wife loved it. The unit was clean and the view was great. We only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but no bed is as comfortable as your own. We were able to walk the city without having to drive anywhere. Within 20 minutes of Petoskey as well. I highly recommend to stay here.

Fantastic value!

This is our 2nd stay at Edgewater Inn and we will definitely be back! There isn’t a better value when it comes to Northern Michigan! The condos are spacious and walkable to the many shops and restaurants in downtown Charlevoix. The pool, hot tub, and sauna give you hotel experience but the condos are bigger than a hotel room.

Up North Relaxation

This condo is in a perfect location in Charlevoix, providing walking access to all of downtown, good food, and amenities like the grocery store. The kitchen is well-equipped though not set-up for cooking full meals from scratch. The unit does not have extra towels stored and there were no dish towels or dish cloths but we were able to get some from housekeeping. The front desk is not staffed for long periods on the weekend. Bring your own extra blankets for sitting by the fireplace!

Charlevoix Vacation

Condo was perfect for us. Very Clean and the view of the Lake, Ferry's, and draw bridge was perfect. Even though it rained a lot when we were there we had a fantastic time. Loved the Fireplace and the balcony over looking the lake. The Edgewater staff was wonderful, helpful, and always joyful. Would come back anytime. Also loved the Mushroom houses. That was an unexpected pleasure as we did not know about these houses. Grey Gables is a great restaurant, just make a reservation. You will enjoy it.

Great location

The condo had a beautiful view and was clean and relatively quiet. Only noise issue were with the trucks going over the drawbridge near by throughout the night. Sounded like loud rumbles of thunder. Other than that, the condo was fine and a convenient walk to town.

We had a very wonderful relaxing stay at Edgewater Inn. The condo was very clean and very spacious. The views in the morning and evening or exceptionally beautiful. With all of the restaurants and shops downtown there was always something to do or see. We would definitely consider staying again at Edgewater inn. Edgewater, Room 114

We have stayed at the Edgewater Inn several times. Despite the increase in rates, we still come to the Edgawater because of the fantastic rooms and view. Room 114 is our new favorite.

Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Great view and location. The only things I would’ve liked would be a larger refrigerator instead of a mini fridge and more hangers in the closets to hang clothes.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Edgewater Inn!! It was beautifully updated, clean and a beautiful view. My only complaint was the QUEEN size bed. Wish it would have been a KING. We didn't sleep well since we are used to our King at home. But, other than that - it was wonderful!
