Welcome to Foster Boat Works Condo #19 on Lake Charlevoix



This charming second-floor condo is the perfect spot for a relaxed and convenient stay by the water. The one-bedroom layout features a queen bed, an efficiency kitchen, and a comfortable living area with a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination.



Step out onto the private balcony and take in peaceful waterfront views overlooking the Northwest Yacht Marina—an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.



Just a short walk away (less than 500 yards), Ferry Beach Park offers something for everyone, including a sandy beach with lifeguards, playground equipment, basketball courts, sand volleyball, and concession stands. The public boat launch is located right at the end of the street, and downtown Charlevoix is only about a five-block walk away, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and more.



Boat slips are available for rent through Northwest Marine for those looking to get out on the water.



With its great location and comfortable setup, this condo is a perfect home base for enjoying everything Lake Charlevoix has to offer.

**Please note this property rents on a 7-night minimum basis during the peak season (Saturday - Saturday). Some exceptions may apply so please call us directly for more information.

Charlevoix the Beautiful

Family visit over Labor Day weekend. All good. Need to have the water heater set higher or give instructions on how to adjust. Instructions also incorrect as there was no dishwasher.

Quiet and clean!

The rental was spotless, the location was perfect, and loved the view. We only spent a weekend so the size was fine for 2 of us, might be a little small for a longer stay. We appreciated the supplies and the manual with condo and local information that was supplied. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the sofa to a comfortable sectional and replace or remove those chairs. It would be nice to have a comfortable place to sit inside for evenings or rainy days. Also a bigger coffee maker would be great. Otherwise, it was great!

We were very pleased with the accommodations for our long weekend. The condo was impeccably clean. Some parts are slightly dated, but the parts that truly matter, are not! The view of lake charlevoix is beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Decent place to hang your hat

The area is amazing, with terrific shops, hiking trails, and (in our case) gorgeous fall colors. This property has a great view of the lake and beautiful sunrises and is a decently maintained suite.

Lake Charlevoix 2019

A two week stay in a clean unit, a great location and accommodating weather! The entire facility is well maintained. The only issue (which did not affect us but could be a problem for others) was the elevator which was nonoperational the last 3 days of our stay. Highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful vacation!

Relaxing Retreat

We had a wonderful week at Foster Boat Works Condo. The view over the marina and the Charlevoix Lake were gorgeous with paradise like sunrise and moonrise. The condo was ideal for two people; we appreciate being able to use the laundry room and the pool from the marina. Just one problem; no wifi available in the condo, so we used phone hotspots.

Great Condo for 2 People!

We feel we had plenty of room and the everything was very clean. With the mini kitchen we were able to eat breakfast in and also had plenty of room for our snacks in the refrigerator. Loved the balcony!Ony suggestion would be to add wi-fi and a small grill for the balcony

Wonderful location, quiet and comfortable. Beautiful view of Northwest Marine and the East Jordan. Only gripe would be the lack of wifi. Although the complex has it the signal is very weak or will not connect.
