Very convenient location, walkable to all of downtown

When we arrived, we realized we had stayed here before. The Rental was very clean and well kept. We loved that we were right on the main drag and could walk everywhere as traffic was very congested. We arrived early and were able to check in before our water excursion. Although the description said "bridge view", we think that may have been before, when the tree outside wasnt so tall. The rental was.really more than we needed since the other couple cancelled last minute, otherwise it would have been just the right size. We only spent 1 night so didn't use many 9f the accomidations, but it was well stocked. We would definitely return here again.

Great stay by the lake!

This stay was amazing and such a fun time with the family. I had looked forward to this stay for a while and it exceeded expectations. I will definitely recommend this place to friends. Everything was so close that we wanted to do and see and the stay was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the board games, the fully stocked spice rack, the patio and the office space in the first bedroom as well as the hot tub upstairs. The only thing is that the first floor restroom shower tub was very slippery and having some anti-slip stickers or a mat would be super helpful. Otherwise, the space and amenities were awesome! I was confused about check-in because it seemed like it was contactless according to the email but then when I finally found someone up front they asked if I had checked in. I never found a packet in the white mailbox because it was empty. After that was solved all was wonderful. We really enjoyed ourselves and I can't wait to go back! Great value!

Northern Michigan Getaway

This worked great for our family of four. A+ location with plenty of beaches, restaurants and shops within walking distance, nice and well kept condo unit, and a friendly staff at the facility that made check in and check out easy.

Vacation weekend April 5-7

We had a great time. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay in this location again. The only complaint alarm clock in room went off at 4:30 am the first night so I unplugged it and it went off again at 4:30 the next night good batteries. My fault should have taken them out also. Someone must have cooked fish on Saturday night. The hallway and homes stunk like fish.

Our favorite spot but...

We have been staying here for the past six years. We come up in both the winter and the summer. We are disappointed to say that management has taken a turn for the worse while rates continue to increase each year. This past winter visit there was hardly anyone at the front desk. The pool and lobby closed at 5pm each day (the pool is a big attraction for our kids, especially in the winter). The pool was also cold this year and there were hardly any clean towels at the pool. One day of the visit, they actually closed the pool well before 5pm. Hopefully improvements can be made so we don’t have to look for a new place to rent.

Great weekend getaway

My wife and four teenage kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlevoix. The location is perfect to walk the downtown area and Mt McSauba is just a couple minute drive for skiing sledding and hiking. Unit accommodations were wonderful. No complaints.

Great location!

Was impressed that not only did I receive an email with directions for our upcoming stay but a phone call on our arrival day to to ask we needed any further information. Easy to find and conveniently located. Walked to restaurants nearby and under 10 minutes drive to the wedding we attended at Castle Farms. Rental had great amenities, like the pot/single cup Keurig, we even played a couple rounds of Connect 4. The only downside we experienced was the king mattress in the main floor bedroom. We may be partial to our own, but I think a replacement is needed. Would definitely stay her again if in the area.

Clean, Comfy Stay with Friendly, Helpful Staff

Great stay!

Had a great stay. Condo was clean, in an excellent location - we could walk everywhere for the most part. The condo makes you feel like you’re at home. Very cozy. Beds were comfy as was the couch. Right next door to weathervane restaurant so we could walk to dinner and loved location next to lighthouse. Highly recommend 🙂

This condo was very comfortable for our needs. Although be careful using a hair dryer, it will blow the fuses over and over again. Make sure all AC units are off and then you should be good to go. We would definitely stay there again.

Went for a golf weekend. Location is great, easy walk to town for dinner. Easy check in and out, staff was great, condo clean and updated. Only downfall is that it is located right on the main street and can be a little noisy at times--minor inconvenience.

Very Roomy Place to Stay

Easy to find everything. Lots of room for a group of 6. The front desk was very helpful at all times from check-in to suggesting things to do in the area. You can walk to the beach. Some dust/cobwebs in places we didn't expect.

Great property

This property is in a perfect location. Walking distance to all the shops and the Lake Michigan beach. The condo was clean (a little dusty under the furniture). The leather sofa pictured here has been replaced with a fabric covered sofa. The condo is quiet and very comfortable. This unit has a smaller balcony than other ones next to it. But 4 people could comfortably enjoy it. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to book this unit on a return trip to Charlevoix.

Wedding weekend

The room was awesome, decorated nicely. The staff was very accommodating as they let us get in a little earlier. We were there for our daughters wedding. And that was stressful enough trying to get everything together. Matt at the front desk was very nice as well as the housekeepers.

NICE PLACE

The townhouse had just about everything we needed. Fairly clean and well organized. I would suggest they switch out the light bulbs to LED, it was very dark (hard to figure out if it was a brown sock or a blue sock, putting on makeup was a challenge). The yellow light bulbs made the place feel old. Housekeeping needs to do a better job vacuuming the carpet, there was a line of thick dust along the baseboard in 1st & 2nd floor bedrooms. Thank goodness, we brought our own pillows as the ones on the beds were like a washcloth - Flat, small and over used. The comforter and pillow shams did not appear to be changed with each guest. Other than these few things, it was a good place to stay. Convenient as can be, and overall very comfortable.

Nice amount of living space - small balcony but nice views of street into town. Walk to everything - restaurants - and great shopping!We had a continental breakfast in the morning - and we were notplanning on that! Pleasant surprise!

Northern Escape

Nice clean condo with great walking location to Charlevoix. Living spaces nice.King size beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms need updating.

Perfect Family Get Away

Our unit was perfect for our needs! The king beds gave everyone plenty of sleeping space, there were kitchen utensils that we needed and used , the view of the street and bridge were entertaining and the staff to assist was very helpful and cheery ! The owners of this unit seemed to take extra care to make it feel classy yet homey . We all very much enjoyed our stay !

We came for the Charlevoix Race but we will come back for the beautiful, central location. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and little shops..and having the race start/finish line be right outside our door was perfect...we will come back year after year.

Excellent location with easy waking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants and bars. Easy onsite parking and access if need to drive anywhere. Comfortable arrangements, sleeping areas and pleasant common areas.
