The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great place to stay!

This is our second visit to this condo, & again had a wonderful stay! Love the proximity to town, restaurants & shopping. Love the built in entertainment of watching the boats & the lift bridge!Small improvement suggestion would be a fan for the downstairs bedroom.Overall, love this place!

Great stay in Charlevoix!

We came to Charlevoix for a family wedding and the Edgewater complex was a very convenient place to stay. Unit 356 was clean and the complex was within walking distance of the main street. One thing to note is that the unit is located very close to the drawbridge. We loved watching the boat and bridge activity, but it was loud. Cars and trucks crossing the bridge are loud and then the bridge's siren and movement are loud.

Great Location! Love Charlevoix!

This particular rental was nice. We had to change rooms for one night due to #356 was not available our last night. Comparing the two rooms (356 vs 355), we thought 355 was more updated and fit our needs better. The main floor room does not have air in either unit. We asked about a fan at the front desk and was told they didn't have any. We purchased a fan and extension cord to draw air from the livingroom. I found out later the property did have fans. The front desk attendant was not aware. The location of the Edgewater Inn was perfect. The view of the water, bridge and shops were perfect for our girl's trip. We walked everywhere from the Inn. We loved the Mushroom House Tour. We enjoyed the Farmer's Market and all the fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables and of course SWEETS on Thursdays. We were able to attend the concert in the park on Tuesday and Thursday. We ate at Bridge Street Tap Room for dinner and everything was delicious. We had crepes and coffee at That French Place for breakfast (get there early, they get busy!) The Villager Pub was another great spot to eat. We had Scovie's Gourmet twice. Once for take-out and another in the restaurant. I enjoyed the tacos and a virgin Margarita at The Cantina - Tacos & Tequila. I would go to any of these restaurants again. They were ALL great and within walking distance. Oleson's Food Stores were great for items we wanted to have in our room.

Booking in advance is the best way to secure your favorite unit! Most of our front desk was new or in training, I added showing everyone where fans are to my list when training.
