The Edgewater Inn is a condotel, which is a group of privately-owned condos that each owner rents out to guests as if they were staying in a hotel. In addition, the experience of staying at a condotel is very different from the experience of staying at a timeshare or in a hotel. It’s more local and homelike than staying at a hotel. It also allows owners to live in the space when they want and rent it out when they need to be away for travel, business, or vacation on their own.
Everyone likes a good hotel stay, whether it’s for business or pleasure. Is this for one night or long-term living? The most common place to stay when on vacation is in an area that has a lot of fun, different things to do that person from all walks of life enjoy.
Edgewater Inn, snuggled just outside of downtown Charlevoix, Michigan, is your home when you can’t be home. The Edgewater Inn offers several different high-end condo-type room options to fit the life and styles of various guests from varying backgrounds. These rooms, used by people who are traveling on their own, and by people who are traveling with family, college, and friends.
Rooms that have one bed, one bath options, as well as two beds, two bath options, used by anyone. For business or pleasure, we have something that fits your wants and needs! Our condo suites, booked for varying lengths of time, from one night to a whole month. If there is an open spot on our calendar, we can extend the stay as long as there is space in one of our condo units.
Some of the condotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, as well as an outdoor swimming pool. This means you will be able to swim any time of year any season whether winter, spring, summer, or fall. Inside swimming is wonderful when it is cool and cold outside. Outside swimming is the best when it is hot and the sun shining outside. A dip in the cool pool is the best time!
While at your stay at Edgewater Inn, You will not have to worry about a bill from the cleaners or not having enough clean clothes on your stay, or returning home with luggage full of dirty clothes. For your use, we offer washer appliances as well as dryer appliances at your convenience.
After preparing breakfast and lunch in your private mini or full-sized kitchen that includes everything necessary for preparing a meal, you and your guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch on your private outdoor balcony or screened-in porch.
Imagine returning to your suite after having dinner and nightlife and snuggling into a plush luxurious bed with just as luxurious bedding. Also, imagine returning to your deluxe or standard suite after experiencing dinner and nightlife on a cold winter’s night and spending time in front of the electric fireplace located in most rooms.
All rooms come with a heating unit. Some rooms can be kept cool by an air conditioning system. Some rooms do not have air conditioners. Most of the condotels suites come furnished with a relaxing jetted tub that fits up to two people.
At Edgewater Inn, we offer our assistance in making the stay one that you and your guest will not forget. Some of the occasions and /or events that we can help you make one-of-a-kind such accessions as birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Meetings, wedding showers, baby, family, and wedding photos, and anniversaries. During your stay with us, you will be able to have a lot of fun and enjoy yourself in Michigan. There are a lot of things to do in the city, no matter what time of year it is. You can go paragliding, hiking, biking, and zip-lining this summer near the Edgewater Inn. Moreover, you can also go to the farmers’ market, take a hot air balloon ride and go horseback riding. Furthermore, you can also go white water rafting and fly fish. During the winter, would you like to go?
A winter ball isn’t an issue because you can do one of the following things: Snowmobile or tubing. You can also go dog-sledding or cross country skiing. In addition, you can go on a hot air balloon ride, go paragliding or fly fish.
When you book a stay at Edgewater Inn, you’ll need to pay a deposit. The first night’s stay and taxes and fees are due upon booking a room at the hotel. It is due at the condotel when you check-in if you have booked more than one day. If you book a suite between June and September, you can cancel your reservation up until 4 p.m. on the day of your reservation.
As long as these things are true, there will only be a $25 cancelation fee. If the booking’s canceled less than seven days before the arrival of the booking, the hotel will lose the whole deposit. During the months of October and May, you can cancel three days before your trip and on the day of your arrival for only $25. In this case, if you cancel three days before your arrival, the entire deposit is lost. The deposits are refunded if you cancel before the dates and times.

To save space on your cell phone and have a reliable and high-speed connection for video business calls, checking emails, etc., the property has Wi-Fi. As of right now, we don’t accept Apple Pay or cryptocurrency, but we do accept most major credit cards.
Some of the people who used to stay there say that the property and condotel were nice and clean. Wives help them get some work done while they’re away. They also like that the hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and other Michigan things to do by walking. In a normal hotel, you don’t feel like you are in a good place.
It’s great for families because the kids will love the swimming pools and there are a lot of family-friendly events and acts near the condotel. We can’t wait to see you, your family, friends, coworkers, and so on when you come to visit us. As many rooms as you and your group need can be booked with us.
